This is a poem that I wrote in loving memory of Kia's death:
you were here you gave us life, now that you have taken a life that was close to us, we weep. no one asks how are you cuz we know how we feel, we feel like shit, every on of is sad maybe not because we know you but because our friends who are sad knew you.
sadness is not an emotion it is a state of mind that we all share. a state of mind we shall remember, never leaving, never letting go. this day sadness is all we know all we will ever know. this day is the day that we all shall remember as the day of a day of death and sadness nothing more nothing less...
